WIKA Serpan Supports 2026 Seba Baduy Event by Expanding Serang-Panimbang Toll Access

PT Wijaya Karya Serang Panimbang (WIKA Serpan) is providing full support for the Seba Baduy 2026 event, an annual tradition of the Baduy indigenous community to be held from 23–26 April 2026 in Lebak Regency, Banten. This support is manifested through joint promotional campaigns with the local government (pemda) and the optimisation of toll access to the Baduy cultural tourism area. Seba Baduy is a customary ceremony that reflects the harmonious relationship between humans, nature, and government, values passed down through generations by the Baduy people. In 2026, Seba Baduy carries the theme “Warisan Karuhun, Inspirasi Kiwari, Ngahiji Dina Tradisi”, signifying a collective commitment to preserving local cultural richness amid the flow of modernisation. This serves as a tangible embodiment of the role of infrastructure in supporting regional economic growth and culture-based tourism. In its implementation, WIKA Serpan has established cooperation with the pemda in the form of promotion and publication to increase public awareness of the Seba Baduy event and the tourism potential in Lebak Regency. The public wishing to attend Seba Baduy 2026 can utilise the Serang–Panimbang Toll Road to Lebak Regency by exiting at the Rangkasbitung Toll Gate. It is just two hours from Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek). The existence of the Serang-Panimbang Toll Road not only smooths mobility but also opens doors for broader tourism growth in Banten with safer, faster, and more comfortable access.
