WIKA Secures Two Global Awards in Knowledge and Information Management
PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) has once again achieved international distinction, securing the Gold Winner South East Asia Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (SEA MIKE) Award 2026 in the field of Knowledge Management.
Additionally, WIKA earned a Platinum Award in the 2025 Vision Awards Annual Report Competition organised by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP). WIKA also ranked 35th in the Top 100 Reports Worldwide.
WIKA Corporate Secretary, Ngatemin, stated that both achievements serve as international recognition of WIKA’s efforts to strengthen the organisation through knowledge management while maintaining high-quality corporate communication.
“We are proud to have secured two international awards: the SEA MIKE award for human development, recognising our methods in managing knowledge and fostering a learning culture within the organisation, and the LACP award for compliance, acknowledging the quality of our corporate information presentation in our annual report,” Ngatembing said in a statement on Friday (11/9/2026).
“These two achievements motivate WIKA to continuously improve our organisational quality and our communication with stakeholders,” he added.
SEA Gold MIKE Award 2026: Recognition of Corporate Knowledge Management
The SEA Gold MIKE Award 2026 recognises WIKA’s consistency in building a culture of learning and knowledge sharing. Through Knowledge Management, the experience and expertise of WIKA personnel are gathered, shared, and utilised to support innovation and improve business processes.
One such implementation is WIKADEMY, a digital platform that supports continuous learning for WIKA employees. Moving forward, WIKA intends to further strengthen Knowledge Management through the use of technology, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), and expand its application to project sites so that field-based experiences and lessons can be documented and reused.
Winning the SEA Gold MIKE Award 2026 also provides WIKA with the opportunity to compete on a global stage through the Global MIKE Award 2026.
LACP Vision Awards: Recognition of Information Transparency Quality
From a compliance perspective, WIKA also received recognition through the LACP Vision Awards. In the 2025 Vision Awards Annual Report Competition, WIKA achieved a Platinum Award, ranking 21st in the Top 100 Reports for the Asia-Pacific Region and placing within the Top 20 Indonesian Reports.
WIKA also secured Silver in the Best Letter to Shareholders category and a Technical Achievement Award for the quality of the annual report, which was developed in collaboration with PT Inti Marketing Komunika (INMARK).
“This recognition is an appreciation of our efforts to present corporate information clearly, transparently, and relevantly to stakeholders. In the future, we will continue to enhance our corporate communication to provide even better and more useful information for our stakeholders,” said Ngatemin.
Both achievements serve as a driving force for WIKA to continuously improve organisational and corporate communication quality, while strengthening stakeholder trust.
