WIKA Re-enters Fortune Southeast Asia 500, Strengthening Regional Construction Position
PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) has recorded a positive achievement by re-entering the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list. In the list, WIKA is ranked 328th in Southeast Asia, 67th in Indonesia, and 12th in the Construction Engineering category. This achievement serves as recognition of WIKA’s position as one of the main players in the construction industry in the Southeast Asian region, while also reflecting the company’s consistency in carrying out transformation and sustainable performance improvement. Throughout 2025, WIKA booked new contracts worth Rp17.46 trillion, contributing to total ongoing contracts of Rp50.52 trillion. From this performance, the company recorded sales of Rp20.45 trillion and a gross profit of Rp1.13 trillion. On the other hand, the company’s Gross Profit Margin increased from 7.9% in 2024 to 8.5% in 2025, supported by the strengthening of the company’s core business in the infrastructure and building sectors as well as EPCC. WIKA Corporate Secretary Ngatemin said that WIKA’s inclusion in the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list is an encouragement for the company to continue strengthening its fundamentals and maintaining business sustainability. “This achievement is proof that the transformation and recovery steps being carried out by WIKA continue to move in a positive direction. Strengthening operational performance, increasing margins, and improving the financial structure are important foundations for the company to maintain competitiveness and strengthen WIKA’s role in the national and regional construction industry,” said Ngatemin. Furthermore, Ngatemin conveyed that the company will continue to carry out consistent financial recovery measures, including through operational strengthening, accelerating the settlement of receivables, comprehensive restructuring, and asset optimisation. “WIKA believes that this transformation process requires the support of all parties, from shareholders, creditors, business partners, to all stakeholders. Therefore, the company will continue to maintain intensive and constructive communication to support the recovery plan and strengthen WIKA’s position going forward,” added Ngatemin. With this achievement, WIKA reaffirms its commitment to continue strengthening operational performance, maintaining good corporate governance, and supporting national development through the completion of strategic projects that provide benefits to society and the Indonesian economy.
