WIKA Overhauls Executive Board, See the New Lineup

Jakarta – PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) has overhauled its board of directors through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year, held at Wika Tower in Jakarta on Monday, 11 May 2026.

Harris Arthur Hedar, Chairman of the Indonesian Professional Advocates Association (Peradi Profesional) and Professor at Makassar State University (UNM), has been reappointed as an Independent Commissioner of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA).

The reading of the Series A Dwiwarna Shareholder Letter at the AGMS stated: “The Board of Commissioners consists of Chairman of the Board of Commissioners Apri Artoto, Independent Commissioner Suryo Hapsoro Tri Utomo, Independent Commissioner Adityawarman, Independent Commissioner Harris Arthur Hedar, and Commissioner Suwarta.”

The reading of the Series A Dwiwarna Shareholder Letter at the AGMS also announced the new board of directors of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA). They are President Director I Ketut Pasek Senjaya Putra, Director of Human Resources Management and Transformation Hadjar Seti Adji, and Director of Operations I Hananto Aji.

In addition, the AGMS appointed Director of Operations II Sonny Setyadhy, Director of Risk Management and Legal Vera Kirana, and Finance Director Mulyadi.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) addressed several agendas. First, the meeting approved the 2025 annual/financial report of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA).

Subsequently, the AGMS discussed the report on the use of state capital injection (PMN) funds, changes to the articles of association, and plans for restructuring the board of directors and commissioners.
