PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WTON) recorded a profit of Rp 40.02 billion throughout 2025. This achievement was supported by business revenue amounting to Rp 3.59 trillion. The figure demonstrates the company’s ability to remain resilient amid the competitive dynamics of the national construction industry. By the end of 2025, WIKA Beton successfully secured new contract revenue of Rp 4 trillion.

This accomplishment was also driven by adaptive diversification of the contract portfolio, with the infrastructure sector as the main contributor at 55.53%, followed by the industrial sector at 17.19%, the electricity sector at 11.17%, and other sectors at 16.11%.

Ultimately, the success of this diversification reflects the company’s capability to reach various lines of technical construction broadly and sustainably. Based on customer classification, the new contract revenue was dominated by private customers with a share of 54.86%, SOEs at 21.65%, strategic partnerships (KSO/JO) at 18.32%, and WIKA at 5.17%. The high proportion of private customers reflects market independence as well as strong public trust in the quality of WIKA Beton’s products and services.

Amid challenging market conditions, WIKA Beton succeeded in strengthening its financial fundamentals, marked by a 25.76% reduction in total liabilities to Rp 2.60 trillion compared to Rp 3.50 trillion in 2024. This significant reduction was driven by the settlement of part of trade payables amounting to Rp 548.64 billion and a decrease in long-term debt by Rp 134.32 billion.

Consequently, the company’s capital structure shows positive results with the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) improving dramatically from 95.15% in the previous year to 70.66%. Additionally, healthy liquidity is indicated by a current ratio of 130.42%, up from the previous year. The decrease in DER and increase in current ratio affirm that the company is on a healthier growth path, more efficient, and with far greater financial resilience.

In line with transformation efforts focused on strengthening the foundation of innovative and sustainable concrete infrastructure, the company consistently implements a value creation agenda through asset optimisation and leadership in the green construction industry. This strategy is reinforced by various achievements throughout 2025, including an ESG score of 71 from S&P Global, placing WIKA Beton in the top 13% of elite global construction materials companies.

As part of the Danantara and SOE ecosystem, this solid performance serves as the main capital for the company to realise its vision as a trusted and sustainable global player in the future.
