WIFI Controller Sells Nearly Half Its Stake, Raises Rp4 Trillion

PT Investasi Sukses Bersama, the controlling shareholder of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI), also known as Surge, has sold a large portion of its stake. The shares sold amounted to nearly half of its total holding.

According to a disclosure, Investasi Sukses Bersama sold 1,415,652,000 WIFI shares on 19 October 2026. At Rp2,870 per share, the WIFI controller raised Rp4,062,921,240,000, or about Rp4.06 trillion.

“The purpose of the transaction is divestment,” Investasi Sukses Bersama said in the disclosure cited on Tuesday (20 October 2026).

Before the transaction, the controlling company held 2,889,087,404 shares, equivalent to 54.42%. After the divestment, its holding fell to 1,473,435,404 shares, or 27.756%.

Investasi Sukses Bersama nevertheless said it would retain control of the digital infrastructure and telecommunications issuer.
