The National Police’s Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) has completed a case review related to the drug case involving the former Bima Police Chief, AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro. The Director of Narcotics Crimes (Dirtipidnarkoba), Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, stated that the review resulted in the examination of Didik’s wife, Miranti Afrina.

Blood and hair tests were conducted on Miranti Afrina and Aipda Dianita Agustina, Eko said in his statement. He further explained that the examination of Miranti focused on her role in the case. “We are deepening Miranti Afrina’s statement regarding her role and mens rea,” he revealed.

Previously, Bareskrim Polri disclosed the chronology of the drug discovery in a suitcase allegedly belonging to AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro. Didik has been named a suspect in the alleged misuse of narcotics and psychotropics. This followed the completion of the case review on Friday, 13 February 2026.

Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso explained that the case began when the National Police’s Internal Affairs Division (Paminal) detained Didik on Wednesday, 11 February 2026. During interrogation, information emerged about a white suitcase belonging to AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro, suspected to contain narcotics, located at the residence of Aipda Dianita in Perumahan Cluster Grande Karawaci, Block F6, RT 02 RW 23, Curug Subdistrict, Tangerang, Banten.

Officers then proceeded to the site and discovered the suitcase. A search revealed 16.3 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 49 ecstasy pills, two used ecstasy remnants (23.5 grams), 19 alprazolam pills, two Happy Five pills, and 5 grams of ketamine.

The investigation is continuing against AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro. It is known that Didik has been removed from his position as Chief of Bima City Police due to his involvement in the drug case, as confirmed by the Head of Public Relations for the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, Commissioner Mohammad Kholid.

Former Bima Police Chief AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro has been designated a suspect for possessing drug evidence found in a suitcase at Aipda Dianita’s residence.
