Wicaksana raises loan
HONG KONG (Reuter): PT Wicaksana Overseas International three- year revolving credit facility has been increased to US$45 million from US$35 million, said arranger Sanwa Bank Singapore.
The facility pays a margin of 160 basis points over the Singapore Interbank Offered Rate for direct lenders or 120 basis points over SIBOR for standby letter of credit lenders.
Arrangers are ABN AMRO Jakarta, with US$5 million, and Sanwa Bank Singapore, with US$3 million.
Co-arrangers are CBA Singapore and OCBC Bank, with US$4.3 million each, and Bank Brussels Lambert, with US$2 million.
Lead managers, with US$4 million each, are Arab Banking Corp Singapore, Commerzbank Singapore, ANZ Tokyo and Sakura Bank Singapore.
Managers are DKB Singapore, Indover Bank Amsterdam and Tat Lee Bank, with US$2.8 million each, and Sanwa Indonesia Bank Jakarta, with US$2 million.
