JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Danantara Indonesia Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dony Oskaria has revealed why the investment agency’s financial report has not been released since its establishment in February 2025. He explained that Danantara’s financial report differs from typical companies as it consolidates the financial statements of all state-owned enterprises (BUMN) under its management. Therefore, Danantara is currently waiting for all BUMNs to complete their financial reports. “We are cleaning up all reports from BUMNs, and some are still incomplete. All BUMNs will be cleared by the end of June,” Dony said at a press conference at Danantara House, Jakarta, on Sunday, 31 May 2026. This reporting deadline aligns with the Limited Liability Company Law (UU PT), which stipulates that companies must submit financial reports within six months after the fiscal year ends, or by 30 June 2026. Dony explained that Danantara’s cleanup process for BUMNs includes rectifying the financial records of state-owned companies and resolving impaired or problematic asset valuations. “I have previously stated that we have recorded nearly Rp100 trillion in asset impairments across BUMN books,” Dony said. He stressed that these impairment entries are part of efforts to enhance transparency and accountability in BUMN management. “This demonstrates our transparency and commitment to managing BUMNs transparently in the future,” he added. Only after the state-owned companies submit their financial reports will Danantara consolidate all performance data for public disclosure. “Each company has until 30 June to submit reports. Danantara oversees 1,000 BUMN companies. I will only consolidate after 30 June,” Rohan said at Danantara House, Jakarta, on Wednesday, 20 May 2026.
