According to Skytrax’s 2026 evaluation, Garuda Indonesia’s rating also varies by service class and flight type. Skytrax explains that airline ratings are determined through a detailed analysis of an airline’s and airport’s quality standards by their auditing office. The rating system uses a scale from 1 to 5 stars, with five stars representing the most exclusive category for airlines and airports worldwide.
