Why Danantara Has Not Yet Released Its Financial Report
CEO of the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara), Rosan Roeslani, explained the lengthy process behind the fund’s yet-to-be-released financial report, citing the consolidation of more than a thousand companies. He noted that regulations require the report to be published by the end of June. Rosan also stated that financial data has been submitted to the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) for auditing. Despite the report not being finalised, Danantara has conducted international roadshows and offered global bonds, providing investors with financial data for their analysis. The fund recently issued a US$1.5 billion global bond with 5- and 10-year tenors, which Rosan said received a positive response and was oversubscribed by more than three times.
