Who's the prettiest?

PALANGKA RAYA, Central Kalimantan: Muara Teweh, the capital of
the Barito Utara regency, has been named the "prettiest" town in
Central Kalimantan.

Muara Teweh was chosen particularly because of the way it has
managed the city's landscape and gardens, Titik Sundari, the
chief spokesperson of Central Kalimantan's provincial
administration, told Antara.

The prettiest town award was given in connection with
International Environmental Day. Sampit, the capital of
Kotawaringin Timur regency, and Palangka Raya, the province's
capital, won second and third prizes respectively. (emb)
