Whoosh Train Schedule Extended Until 22:25 WIB with Family Discount

The Whoosh high-speed train schedule has been extended until 22:25 WIB. Passengers travelling during the 2026 Idul Adha long weekend should note the updated timetable. To enhance connectivity to and from Bandung, all Whoosh schedules are integrated with feeder trains to Bandung and Cimahi stations. KCIC urges passengers heading to Bandung to use the feeder train service for a smoother and more comfortable long weekend journey. KCIC’s Managing Director, Dwiyana Slamet Riyadi, stated that the company is operating additional services during the 2026 Idul Adha long weekend to provide passengers with more travel options, including evening departures. “The additional services consist of three extra departures on the Halim–Tegalluar Summarecon route and three on the Tegalluar Summarecon–Halim route,” Dwiyana said in a press release on Wednesday (27 May 2026). KCIC is providing an additional 3,606 seats daily, bringing the total daily seating capacity to 40,868 during the extended schedule period. On Wednesday (27 May 2026), the Whoosh train’s occupancy rate for afternoon and evening services reached approximately 50%. KCIC forecasts over 20,000 passengers on the first day of the 1447 Hijriah Idul Adha holiday. Dwiyana added that passengers can also avail of Whoosh’s family group discount. Family groups of at least ten people must book return tickets to qualify for the discount. “This promotion aims to provide convenience and cost-effective travel for families using Whoosh during the long holiday period,” Dwiyana said. A 10% discount is available when booking via KCIC’s WhatsApp Contact Centre at 0811 8888 111. Whoosh tickets can also be purchased at station ticket counters and vending machines, as well as through partner apps including Access by KAI, Livin’ by Mandiri, BRImo, Wondr by BNI, Tiket.com, Traveloka, and Trip.com.
