Whoosh Ramadan Group Discount: Round-Trip Jakarta-Bandung for Rp 200,000 Until 12 March

A promotional fare is available for Whoosh high-speed rail group travel during Ramadan. Whoosh is offering tickets at Rp 200,000 for round-trip journeys between Jakarta and Bandung or vice versa. The promotional period runs from 21 February to 12 March 2026.

The following terms and conditions apply to the promotion:

• The booking and departure period is 21 February to 12 March 2026.
• The promotional fare of Rp 200,000 applies to Premium Economy Class.
• The promotional fare is valid for round-trip ticket bookings with a minimum of five passengers.
• Bookings must be made via the Whoosh Group Reservation WhatsApp number 081340002920.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable but may be rescheduled in accordance with applicable terms.
• Whoosh reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice if required for operational reasons.

Whoosh Ticket Rescheduling Policy

Schedule changes may be made online for tickets purchased via the Whoosh application or the ticket.kcic.co.id website. For tickets purchased through vending machines, counters, or other partner channels, rescheduling must be done offline at any Whoosh station counter.

The updated rescheduling terms are as follows:

1. Rescheduling deadline
   • Previous rule: A maximum of two hours before departure.
   • New rule: Online — a maximum of five minutes before the scheduled departure. Offline — a maximum of 15 minutes after departure.
2. Rescheduling fees
   • Previous rule: A fee of 25 per cent of the ticket price was charged.
   • New rule: Same-date changes — if the new travel date is the same as the original, no fee is charged. Different-date changes — if the new travel date differs from the original, a fee of 25 per cent of the ticket price applies. The fee waiver applies only to the first rescheduling. Any subsequent changes will incur the 25 per cent fee.
   • If the new ticket is more expensive, the passenger must pay for the new ticket first, and the cost of the original ticket will be refunded within a maximum of 24 hours. If the new ticket is cheaper, no refund of the difference will be issued.

How to Reschedule a Whoosh Ticket

Rescheduling may be carried out online or offline at a station counter.

Online rescheduling process:

A. Bank account registration: - Open the Whoosh application. - Select the “Me” menu. - Select “Refund Account”. - Select “Add account”. - Complete the required details and select “Submit”.

B. Schedule change: - Open the Whoosh application. - Select the ticket and choose “Change”, then “Confirm”. - Select the new departure date and choose “Search”. - Select the desired schedule and class. - Complete payment and the new ticket will be issued.

Offline rescheduling process at a station counter: - Visit the station counter. - Inform the officer of the intention to reschedule. - Follow the applicable procedures.
