Who created the disorder?

I do not understand the stance of the government of Indonesia
concerning the tragedy afflicting the Ahmadiyah community in
Indonesia where their rightful possession has been ransacked and
burned and robbed by the so-called Islamic Defender Front (FPI).

Then one government official stated that they were thinking of
banning the Ahmadiyah community in Indonesia because they were
the ones that had created the disorder through their beliefs. To
my understanding, those people who came and attacked their campus
are the ones who created the disorder. The Ahmadiyah community
never creates disorder in any area. Their belief is confined to
themselves, and they have the right to convene and to speak out
according to the universal declaration on human rights.

I don't know to what degree this deterioration can continue,
likely for some time, as some people still consider wrongdoing to
be righteous.
