Financial literacy and education are very important today. This is because financial literacy and education form the foundation for improving public welfare, stability and national economic growth. Therefore, various efforts continue to be made to maintain the resilience of the financial sector in Indonesia.

After being successfully held in three cities, namely Surabaya, Medan and Yogyakarta, the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) together with CNBC Indonesia will again hold the Financial Festival 2026 in Lampung on 5-6 September 2026.

This financial festival will bring together stakeholders in the financial sector. From policymakers, regulators, financial industry players, academics, to the general public to discuss, share perspectives, and encourage increased financial literacy in Indonesia.

The concert will feature Charly Setia Band and King Nassar. Interesting, isn’t it? After the excitement of learning about finance, participants can entertain themselves with the presence of King Nassar, whose stage performance is beyond doubt.

For information, this event is a form of LPS’s commitment to providing financial education and literacy to the public more broadly and deeply. Moreover, LPS as a member of the Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK), together with other KSSK members, namely the Ministry of Finance, Bank Indonesia, and the Financial Services Authority, has the mandate and responsibility to improve public financial literacy and inclusion.

Considering that there are still more than 15 million Indonesians of productive age who do not yet have a savings account at a bank and need to be provided with literacy. LPS supports this programme so that every Indonesian citizen has a personal account.

The Lampung Financial Festival 2026 will be filled with a number of interesting activities, such as business talks and educational classes. In addition to the music concert, this event will also feature stand-up comedy.
