Where is our Mbok?

Sumirah, or Mbok Amat, used to be our parent's servant. She took good care of us when we were kids. She is 72 years of age now and lives with our parents. Despite her age she is in good shape physically and mentally.

On Oct. 3, 1994, around 6.00 p.m., Mbok went out for some `pisang goreng' close to our home (Kompleks Pertanian, Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan). And then we never saw her again.

We desperately searched for her and found out that Mbok had an accident on her way to the `pisang goreng' vendor and was helped by a gentleman who then took her away in his car B-1416 BX. Unfortunately nobody knows where this gentleman took Mbok to. Maybe it all happened so quickly that nobody thought of asking him. We contacted hospitals but cannot find Mbok.

Mbok Amat has been with us for more than 35 years. For her, we are the only relatives she has. We deeply miss her and worry about her condition. Therefore, anybody who knows where and how Mbok Amat is (especially the kind driver of B-1416 BX) is requested to contact us immediately (Phone 7806115).
