The Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a social assistance (bansos) programme aimed at helping poor and vulnerable families in Indonesia. This programme is routinely distributed through banks or post offices in stages.
According to the website of the Republic of Indonesia’s Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), PKH has broad objectives, ranging from improving living standards, reducing expenditure burdens, to fostering independence among its recipients. The programme also aims to introduce the public to formal financial products and services.
Since the beginning of 2026, the disbursement of the first phase of PKH assistance has taken place. Now, entering April, many people are beginning to question the schedule for the second phase disbursement. So, when will PKH 2026 Phase 2 be disbursed? Check the information below!
When Will PKH 2026 Phase 2 Be Disbursed?
The distribution of PKH assistance is carried out in stages over one year, with a quarterly system every three months. For 2026, the disbursement is divided into four phases as follows:
Phase 1: January-March
Phase 2: April-June
Phase 3: July-September
Phase 4: October-December
Specifically for Phase 2, the assistance is distributed over the period from April to June. However, there is no exact date regarding the disbursement of this PKH assistance because the process occurs in stages. Each recipient may receive the assistance at different times. Therefore, the public is advised to check the assistance status regularly.
PKH Recipients from Kemensos
According to the website of the Special Region of Yogyakarta’s Social Services Office, recipients of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) assistance are families in the lowest welfare groups within DTSEN, namely deciles 1 to 4.
To receive assistance, a family must also have at least one of the following components:
Health component: presence of a pregnant mother or young child (under 7 years old/not yet in school)
Education component: presence of a child still attending primary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), or senior high school (SMA)
Social welfare component: presence of an elderly family member or person with a disability
In addition, PKH recipients are grouped by region and are required to participate in routine activities accompanied by social companions.
Amount of Kemensos PKH 2026 Phase 2
The amount of PKH assistance is provided in cash and adjusted according to the recipient category. Each category has a different nominal value for each disbursement phase.
Taken from the Kemensos RI website, the amount of PKH 2026 Phase 2 assistance is as follows:
Pregnant mothers and children aged 0-6 years: Rp 750,000
Primary school students: Rp 225,000
Junior high school students: Rp 375,000
Senior high school students: Rp 500,000
Severely disabled individuals and elderly aged 60 and above: Rp 600,000
Victims of gross human rights violations: Rp 2,700,000
PKH assistance will be given in cash to beneficiary families with amounts adjusted based on each category. The distribution is carried out in stages over one year and can be received through banks or post offices, either in cash or non-cash form. In the disbursement process, the assistance can be accessed using a Family Card, savings book, or invitation in barcode form (specifically for distribution through post offices).
How to Check PKH Recipients from Kemensos 2026 Phase 2
To see if they are registered as PKH assistance recipients, the public can check independently through the official services provided. This check can be done online using the NIK.
There are two ways to check recipient status, namely through the official website and the Cek Bansos App. Both methods will display information related to the assistance received and recipient data.
How to Check PKH Recipients on the Kemensos Cek Bansos Website
Checking via the website can be done easily using a mobile phone. Users only need to enter the requested data to find out the assistance status. Here are the steps:
Open the official Kemensos Cek Bansos page via the link https://cekbansos.kemensos.go.id/.
Enter the 16-digit NIK as per the ID card.
Fill in the captcha code for verification.
If the captcha code is hard to read, click the refresh icon to get a new code.
Click the “Search Data” button.
The system will display the PKH receipt status.
How to Check PKH Recipients on the Cek Bansos App
In addition to the website, checks can also be done through the official app that can be downloaded on mobile phones. This app makes it easy for the public to access assistance information anytime. According to the official Instagram post from the Centre for Social Welfare Data and Information, @pusdatinkesos, the steps to check PKH recipients on the Cek Bansos App are as follows:
Download the “Cek Bansos” app via the Play Store or App Store.
Log in using a Google or Apple ID account with face recognition or a registered account.
Select the “Cek Bansos” menu on the app’s main page.
Enter the 16-digit NIK as stated on the ID card.
Click the “Search Data” button.
The system will display information on the assistance received by the family, including PKH assistance.
