JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung confirmed that the THR (Tunjangan Hari Raya) for civil servants within the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta will be paid in accordance with central government decisions. Pramono assessed that the provisions on THR disbursement for civil servants have already been decided by the Minister for Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPAN-RB).

“For THR, the DKI Jakarta Government will fully implement what has become the central government’s decision, through the Minister PAN-RB. And that decision has been made,” Pramono said when he was met in the Glodok area, West Jakarta, on Tuesday (3/3/2026). “For the DKI Jakarta Government there is no problem whether it is paid before or after Eid. We are ready for that,” he added.

Earlier, the central government began disbursing THR 2026 for civil servants gradually since 26 February 2026. With the start of this disbursement, civil servants (PNS), government employees (CPNS), government employees with contract (P3K), state officials, TNI soldiers, and police members can check their accounts.

Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said the disbursement was carried out in the first week since that date and provided to all central and regional civil servants. “The THR disbursement began gradually since 26 February, and was given to PNS, CPNS, P3K, state officials, TNI soldiers, and retirees of PNS, retired TNI/Polri, and retirees of state officials,” Airlangga said in Jakarta on Tuesday (3/3/2026).

From the total, Rp 22.2 trillion was allocated for 2.4 million central civil servants, including TNI and Polri. Then Rp 20.2 trillion was given to 4.3 million regional civil servants. Meanwhile, 3.8 million retirees received Rp 12.7 trillion.

Airlangga emphasised that the THR component for 2026 would be paid in full (100 percent). This means employees will receive their basic salary plus attached allowances, such as family allowance, dietary allowance, position allowance, and performance allowances as applicable.
