Instead of delivering a final decision, MSCI has opted for a more in-depth evaluation of the reforms implemented by Indonesia’s capital market authorities. In its latest announcement, MSCI acknowledges that the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) have undertaken a series of reforms to improve capital market transparency in Indonesia.
