What street?

Many street signs in the Jakarta area have disappeared or are
damaged or unreadable. It would be appropriate if the authorities
make a regular check of street signs so as to facilitate the task
of postmen, electricity company employees as well as
telecommunications workers in locating addresses when they are
out on service calls.

In welcoming the 50th anniversary of Indonesia's independence
and 468th anniversary of Jakarta, I appeal to the Jakarta
governor and the mayors to pay particular attention to this
matter.
