What is the Salary Amount for Red and White Village Cooperative Managers Using the PKWT Scheme?
The Deputy Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN), Tedi Bharata, explained that his agency is currently developing the salary scheme for managers of the Red and White Village/Urban Ward Cooperatives (KDMP). Although the exact salary amount that the Red and White Cooperative managers will receive is still being discussed, the scheme will follow the Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT). “PKWT has its regulations. We are not arbitrarily setting salaries. So don’t worry,” Tedi clarified, as quoted from Kontan on Monday (20/4/2026). The government is still considering and refining the salary payment for prospective applicants who will be accepted as KDMP managers. In addition, the registration and selection process is still ongoing, giving the government time to finalise the salary scheme until June 2026. “The announcement of those accepted is planned for June,” Tedi revealed. Those who pass the selection will become SOE employees under the PKWT scheme for two years. Applicants need to prepare several required documents for this recruitment. Once the requirements are complete, the next step is to register. Applicants must first register an account before proceeding with the selection registration for the desired position. Remember, one NIK can only be used to register one account.
