Compiled from Jasa Marga’s official social media information on Wednesday (15/4/2026), the free towing service is provided for towing vehicles to the nearest toll gate, towing pool, or within a 1-kilometre radius of the nearest toll exit access. This means that toll road users are not charged as long as the towing process remains within the free service limits. However, if the vehicle requests towing to another location outside the free provisions, additional fees will apply according to the vehicle class. Toll Towing Fees for Group I This includes sedans, jeeps, small pick-ups, minibuses, SUVs, and similar vehicles. Toll Towing Fees for Non-Group I This includes buses, trucks, and other large vehicles. Officers will head to the vehicle’s location after receiving the report and confirming the user’s position on the toll road.
