What Facilities Does the Indonesia International Financial Center Offer Investors?

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa stated that the government is offering a series of facilities to attract investors to the Indonesia International Financial Center (PFII), starting from tax breaks to Golden Visa facilities during the Working Meeting of the Working Committee Report & Decision Making on the Indonesia International Financial Center Bill in Jakarta on Monday, July 20 2026.
Purbaya explained that the PFII Bill specifically includes a series of tax and other special facilities regulations aimed at attracting investment. The tax facilities include income tax, value-added tax, luxury goods sales tax, and customs facilities.
Furthermore, Purbaya mentioned that besides the tax facilities, the government also prepares other special facilities, “Other special facilities include Golden Visa, Immigration, Labor, Licensing, and Residency. There are also specific regulations such as language regulations, namely the use of the English language,” he said.
Purbaya also expressed his hope that these various facilities, in line with the formation of the PFII Bill, can make a positive contribution to strengthening the national economy, increasing the role of the financial sector in supporting development, and expanding economic opportunities to strengthen national economic sovereignty and realize the welfare of the Indonesian people.
