WFH Policy for Civil Servants Implemented, Government Ensures Optimal Public Services

The government has begun implementing a Work From Home (WFH) policy for civil servants (ASN) on Friday (10/4/2026). The WFH policy for ASN every Friday is one of the government’s measures to save costs or achieve efficiency, particularly in energy, following the outbreak of conflict in the Middle East. Although ASN are carrying out WFH, the government ensures that public services continue to run optimally in various agencies. Several service units, especially those directly interacting with the public such as population administration, continue to operate normally with work system adjustments.
