The government has confirmed that evaluations of civil servants’ (ASN) performance will continue alongside the implementation of a work from home (WFH) policy for one day per week. This was stated by the Minister for State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform, Rini Widyantini, during a virtual press conference on Tuesday (31/3/2026). “We will continue to evaluate the performance of all ASN,” said Rini. According to her, the government has provided eKinerja, a platform managed by the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), for assessing ASN performance. One form of the policy is WFH for one day per week every Friday for ASN in central and regional government scopes.
