The United Arab Emirates (UAE) carried out dozens of airstrikes against Iran during the Israel-US military campaign, according to a Wall Street Journal report on Friday. The US-based publication revealed deeper UAE involvement in the Iran conflict than previously acknowledged. Citing sources familiar with the matter, the newspaper stated that the UAE launched attacks from the early days of the conflict and continued operations even after a ceasefire was declared in April. The report indicates that Abu Dhabi effectively operated alongside the US and Israel as a third party in the military campaign. The attacks were reportedly coordinated with Washington and Israel, which provided intelligence support. Targets included locations on Qeshm and Abu Musa islands in the Strait of Hormuz, Bandar Abbas, Lavan Island oil refinery, and the Asaluyeh petrochemical complex.
