West Sumatra Compiles Strategic Investment Map for Labour-Intensive Development

The West Sumatra provincial government is compiling a strategic investment map in West Sumatra within the 2027 Regional Development Work Plan (RKPD), which was discussed at the Provincial Development Planning Consultation Forum (Musrembang) on Wednesday (8/4) in Padang. The strategic investment map being prepared includes infrastructure and connectivity development, maritime development, renewable energy development, and strengthening resilience and tourism, aimed at accelerating development for economic growth and improving community welfare through labour-intensive programmes.
