West Lombok Regency Receives Reports on Eid Allowances via Offline and Online Channels
The West Lombok Regency Government (Pemkab) has opened complaint reception for holiday allowances (Tunjangan Hari Raya/THR) for Eid Fitri 2026 for workers, available both offline and online. An offline complaint post has been set up at the Office of the Department of Industry, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Labour of West Lombok.
Regent of West Lombok Lalu Ahmad Zaini stated that the post was established to oversee the distribution of THR to workers in West Lombok. “I have already arranged this,” he said on Friday, 13 March 2026.
Beyond the offline complaint post, Zaini noted that workers can also file reports through the West Lombok Regency Government’s social media accounts or his personal accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
According to Zaini, online complaints are more effective than offline complaint posts. He promised to follow up on reports as quickly as possible or forward them directly to the relevant regional organisational units (OPD).
“Just submit complaints to me, it’s the same. Even if there is a complaint post with no one manning it, it is ineffective. Submit directly to me. The substance is what matters,” Zaini explained.
“I always open social media at all times. Even if I do not respond, I will certainly forward it directly to the relevant department head. Through any means (Instagram or Facebook), as long as I receive the information, I will follow it up immediately,” he added.
Zaini pledged to take action against unscrupulous companies in West Lombok that fail to distribute or unlawfully deduct THR from their workers. “That is not allowed. We must all ensure worker rights. I will conduct an evaluation, and nothing will be left unevaluated,” he asserted.
