West Java to Offer 46 Projects and Ready-to-Use Industrial Estates at SIBS 2026
The West Java Provincial Government is set to offer 46 projects, various investment potentials, and industrial estates with ‘clean and clear’ status at the Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) 2026, scheduled for 9-10 July and 14-17 October.
Dedi Taufik, Head of the West Java Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP), explained in Bandung on Tuesday that for the SIBS forum on 9-10 July 2026 in Bandung, the provincial government is bringing a major commitment by offering 46 strategic projects from nine to twelve leading sectors.
The 46 projects in these leading sectors include Aerospace-Railways-Automotive (Kertajati, Patimban, Bandung LRT areas), Creative Industry, Energy Utilities and Renewable Energy (Cirebon Raya Regional Waste-to-Energy TPPAS), Industrial Estates (Majalengka Industrial Estate), Technology (Agrivision Start-up), Health Tourism (Sari Medika Resort), Agriculture (Tasikmalaya Palm Sugar Industry Centre), Infrastructure (Patimban Water Supply System), and downstream industry projects.
In addition to the 46 projects on offer, Dedi stated that the provincial government will also promote 44 industrial estates at the event, all guaranteed to be ready for use (clean and clear) in every aspect, including full security guarantees against illegal levies and thuggery. These estates are spread across Bekasi, Bogor, Sukabumi, Purwakarta, Karawang, Subang, Indramayu, Majalengka, and Sumedang.
Of these 44 estates, Dedi noted that 24 have already been facilitated under the KLIK (Direct Construction Investment Facility) scheme, which provides extreme regulatory ease. Through this facility, investors entering the estates no longer need to queue for Building Construction Approvals (PBG) and similar permits, but can begin construction immediately, as the primary environmental impact analysis (AMDAL) has already been completed by the government.
