The West Java Provincial Government (Pemprov Jabar) is providing a THR consultation and complaint post to ensure companies pay the religious holiday allowance (THR) to workers. Companies are required to pay the religious holiday allowance at least seven days before Eid al-Fitr. The Head of the West Java Department of Manpower and Transmigration (Disnakertrans Jawa Barat), I Gusti Agung Kim Fajar Wiyati Oka, said the THR consultation and complaint service post has been opened at the West Java Disnakertrans Office, 532 Jalan Soekarno Hatta, Bandung. In addition, workers can report THR issues to five Regional Technical Implementation Units for Labour Supervision (UPTD Pengawasan Ketenagakerjaan) of the West Java Disnakertrans located in Bogor, Karawang, Cirebon, Bandung and Garut. The THR service post has been open from 2 March 2026 to 27 March 2026.
Workers who cannot come to the West Java Disnakertrans office can lodge complaints online via the WhatsApp number 08112121444 or the website poskothr.kemnaker.go.id, Oka said in a written statement on Wednesday (8 March 2026).
Complaints received will be followed up by labour inspectors by conducting inspections at the company to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
