The West Java Regional Police have named three people as suspects in a gay group party at an entertainment venue called Theater Night Mart in Karawang Regency. The Head of Public Relations for the West Java Police, Chief Commissioner Hendra Rochmawan, stated that the force moved swiftly to follow up on a circulating video showing several men engaging in intimate acts inside the nightclub. ‘In the end, we secured three suspected perpetrators of this same-sex indecent act, namely SA, RD, and DD. We are currently conducting intensive examinations of the perpetrators recorded in the circulated video,’ Hendra said in Bandung, as quoted from Antara. Hendra stated that investigators have also examined seven witnesses, including the owner of the entertainment venue, to investigate the case that went viral on social media. According to Hendra, the investigation results indicate the video was recorded on Sunday at around 1.00 AM Western Indonesian Time. Police then conducted further tracing by examining a number of witnesses, including the venue owner.
