West Java High Prosecutor's Office Searches Indramayu DPRD Office, One Suitcase of Important Documents Seized

The West Java High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati Jabar) conducted a search at the Indramayu Regional Council (DPRD) office on Wednesday (10/06/2026). The search, which was carried out behind closed doors, took the staff of the council secretariat by surprise.

The Secretary of the Indramayu Regency DPRD, Dulyono, explained that the West Java High Prosecutor’s team arrived at approximately 09:30 WIB. At the time, he was attending an agenda at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Indramayu Regency.

Dulyono admitted he was shocked when informed by his staff about the arrival of the group from the West Java High Prosecutor’s Office. He immediately rushed back to his office.

“I went there directly and met with them,” Dulyono explained.

Dulyono requested the official assignment letter from the West Java High Prosecutor’s team. The letter confirmed that they were indeed an official delegation from the High Prosecutor’s Office.

“They requested a number of important documents,” he said.

Dulyono stated that he did not know exactly which documents were taken and carried away by the team. He only observed the team leaving the Indramayu DPRD office carrying a suitcase.

“What I saw was one suitcase. But it was not full,” said Dulyono.

Dulyono added that he does not know for certain which case this search is related to. He noted that the search concluded at approximately 13:00 WIB.
