West Java Education Agency Reminds PCMB Confirmation Deadline is 14 June at 23:59

The West Java Education Agency (Disdik Jabar) has reminded prospective new students and parents to immediately confirm their 2026 New Student Mapping (PCMB) results before the deadline on Sunday (14/6) at 23:59 WIB. “The deadline for confirming PCMB results is 14 June 2026 at 23:59 WIB. Please confirm your PCMB results immediately through your respective accounts,” Disdik Jabar stated on its official page. Head of Disdik Jabar Purwanto asked parents and prospective new students to carefully check their graduation status on their PCMB 2026 accounts to avoid administrative errors. He also explained the status of prospective students whose accounts only display a dash (-) without a ranking. “Regarding the graduation quota, if by the end of the ranking period the ranking status on the account still shows a dash (-), it means the prospective student has not yet entered the quota,” Purwanto said in Bandung on Sunday. He explained that the digital registration system, accessible via spmb.jabarprov.go.id, gives participants the option to accept or reject the mapping results through three stages of electronic confirmation. Disdik Jabar reminded that the option selected by the user in the system will permanently lock the student’s graduation status. “We remind you that the decision to accept or reject these mapping results is final and binding, so prospective students are expected to consider their choice carefully,” he said. According to Purwanto, registrants who are declared to have met the quota and choose to accept the PCMB results are required to immediately carry out the physical re-registration procedure according to the schedule for Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the New Student Admission (SPMB). Conversely, for participants who decide to reject the results because they do not meet expectations, the system will direct them to educational options outside state schools. “Meanwhile, prospective new students who reject the mapping results can immediately switch their choice to private schools or Madrasah Aliyah (MA), or participate in SPMB Stage 2 if quotas are still available after all queued mapping data has been accommodated,” Purwanto said. He reminded parents of the consequences if they neither agree to nor reject the mapping results. Their data will remain recorded in the system until the Stage 1 re-registration period ends. “If by the specified deadline they have not re-registered, then the prospective new student is declared unregistered or disqualified,” Purwanto said. If this occurs, he said, the remaining vacant quota will automatically be transferred by the system to pass prospective students on the Stage 2 waiting list. Disdik Jabar stated that the entire mapping process is conducted digitally without requiring residents to queue at schools and without any fees.
