West Jakarta Land Agency Launches "Cantik", Free Mobile Consultation Service
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The National Land Agency (BPN) for West Jakarta (Jakbar) has launched a free mobile consultation service for the public named “Cantik”, which stands for Cepat, Aman, Terintegrasi, Elektronik (Fast, Safe, Integrated, Electronic).
Head of the Layout and Empowerment Section at the West Jakarta Land Office, Dedi Rahmat Wiganda, stated that the service was first launched at the Kembangan Sub-District Office on Monday to improve the quality of transparent, electronic-based services.
“So, it’s closer to the community, and this service is also free of charge,” Dedi said in Jakarta on Monday.
The services available to the public through “Cantik” include consultations on land information, release of mortgage rights or royalties, and changes to land rights for residential properties with an area under 600 square metres.
BPN Jakbar has scheduled the service in eight sub-districts in West Jakarta.
“April in Kembangan, May in Kalideres, June in Cengkareng, July in Grogol Petamburan, August in Tamansari, September in Tambora, November in Palmerah, and December in Kebon Jeruk,” Dedi explained.
Furthermore, he said that they are deploying 12 BPN officers for the service.
“It is open every Monday for one month at the Kembangan Sub-District Office. The public who wish to process documents are advised to bring their land documents, and first access the official app from the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, namely Sentuh Tanahku,” Dedi revealed.
He added that the “Cantik” service also aims to dispel the public’s perception that land administration processes are complicated.
