A civil servant (ASN) at the West Bandung Regency (KBB) government office went viral after mentioning ‘project fees’ during a TikTok live stream. The civil servant has since apologised and is awaiting sanctions.

According to detikJabar, the civil servant finally spoke out through an apology video uploaded to her personal Instagram account @indah_b.pratama. Wearing a light brown headscarf, she began her apology with a greeting and introduced herself.

“Assalamualaikum Warrahmatullahi Wabarakatuh. I am Indah Yusuvia Pratama, a part-time PPPK civil servant at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUTR) of West Bandung Regency. Allow me to convey my apology for the video that has been circulating on social media recently,” Indah said in the video, as seen by detikJabar on Sunday (9/8/2026).

She admitted her mistake of conducting a TikTok live stream at her workplace during working hours. She also apologised for giving a false statement to her superior during clarification, in which she claimed the live stream had taken place after working hours.

“For my mistake of going live on TikTok at the workplace during working hours, as well as my statement to my superior that I carried out the activity outside working hours, I apologise and deeply regret my actions and words that caused misunderstanding,” Indah said.

Meanwhile, the Acting Head of the West Bandung PUTR Agency, Fauzan Azima, said the individual concerned had been summoned for clarification regarding her conduct of live streaming during working hours. The civil servant has now been given a reprimand and faces further sanctions.

“The person concerned has been summoned and we have clarified the intent of her remarks. There will certainly be sanctions; she could be reassigned, and we will review the matter as a whole. We have already reprimanded her,” Fauzan said.
