West Bandung ASN Faces Dismissal After Live TikTok During Work Hours

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Indah Yusuvia Pratama, who serves in the West Bandung Regency (KBB) government, has drawn public criticism after being discovered live streaming on TikTok during working hours. She also faces the threat of contract termination or dismissal due to her actions.

West Bandung Bupati Jeje Ritchie Ismail stated on Monday (10/8/2026) that the employee is currently undergoing an examination by the KBB Inspectorate. The results of the investigation will determine the sanctions to be imposed on the ASN.

‘She is currently being examined by the Inspectorate. If there is a serious violation, her contract can certainly be terminated,’ Jeje said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the West Bandung Regency Regional Inspectorate, Yadi Azhar, said his office is investigating a part-time Government Employee with a Work Agreement (PPPK) at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUTR) whose live broadcast went viral on social media.

Yadi stated that the investigation aims to delve into the statements made during the live broadcast, including remarks about a ‘one percent’ fee allegedly related to work within the PUTR Agency.

‘If it is proven that the one percent is related to internal work matters at the PUTR Agency, that could also result in severe sanctions, such as dismissal, termination, or contract cancellation because she is a part-time PPPK,’ he said.
