Welcoming the 80th Bhayangkara Day, Bali Police Hold Healthy Walk and MSME Bazaar

The Bali Regional Police (Polda Bali) organised a fun walk event to welcome the 80th Bhayangkara Day at Renon Field, Denpasar, Bali. The activity was met with great enthusiasm from members of the public who were exercising in the area.

“This 80th Bhayangkara Day is our momentum to continue improving ourselves and providing the best service,” said the Deputy Chief of Bali Police, Brigadier General I Made Astawa, who personally opened the event, as quoted from a written statement on Sunday (28/06/2026).

Beyond physical exercise, Polda Bali utilised this momentum to bring public services closer to the community. This included the presence of mobile Driving Licence (SIM) services and the processing of Police Clearance Certificates (SKCK) directly at the event location.

“Today, while exercising and enjoying the entertainment, members of the public who are busy on weekdays can simultaneously extend their driving licences or process their SKCK here,” added Astawa.

Astawa stated that this activity is a manifestation of the closeness and synergy between the Indonesian National Police and the people of Bali. In addition to maintaining physical fitness, he noted that the presence of these ‘ball-grabbing’ (proactive) services is expected to provide tangible convenience for citizens.

The event was also accompanied by a bazaar for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Astawa took the opportunity to inspect the MSME stalls participating in the activity.

The atmosphere at Renon Field became increasingly lively with an entertainment stage featuring a lineup of local musicians. Participants of the fun walk and citizens queuing for public services appeared to be immersed in the joy, dancing together while utilising the mobile SIM and SKCK services on-site.
