Welcoming the 2026 Lebaran Holiday, Jasaraharja Putera Delivers Environmentally Friendly Electric Ambulance to TMII
PT Jasaraharja Putera (JRP Insurance) formally handed over one electric ambulance unit to the management of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) on Monday, 16 March 2026. This initiative forms part of strengthening visitor safety standards whilst supporting the tourist destination’s commitment to sustainable tourism based on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
The handover of the medical vehicle was conducted ceremonially by Abdul Haris, Chief Executive Officer of PT Jasaraharja Putera, to TMII’s board of directors. The timing was deemed strategically significant, occurring just ahead of the 2026 Lebaran holiday period, when visitor numbers are expected to surge substantially.
“The spirit of serving wholeheartedly is our compass. Through this electric ambulance, we want to ensure that every tourist feels protected through fast medical facilities that remain environmentally friendly in line with TMII’s vision,” said Abdul Haris in a statement on Monday, 16 March 2026.
The electric ambulance was selected for its advantages in manoeuvring swiftly through pedestrian routes without engine noise. This is considered to provide psychological comfort both for patients receiving care and for other visitors at the cultural tourism destination.
Ratri Paramita, Acting Chief Executive Officer of TMII, appreciated the support as part of TMII’s transformation towards a green tourism destination. According to her, the presence of this vehicle fleet is highly relevant to operational requirements on the ground.
“The presence of this electric ambulance not only strengthens emergency preparedness services for visitors, but also supports more environmentally friendly mobility within the area. This is a collaboration that adds value to both comfort and environmental sustainability,” said Ratri.
Imam Hendrawan, Marketing Director of PT Jasaraharja Putera, added that the use of electric technology represents an innovation in becoming an adaptive protection partner. He considered visitor safety today must progress in line with environmental preservation for future generations.
The synergy between JRP Insurance and TMII is expected to provide a sense of security and peace of mind for the public wishing to celebrate the 2026 Lebaran moment at TMII, supported by security facilities on standby at every corner of the area.
