Dedi Mulyadi expressed these sentiments while attending the handover ceremony for the West Java Chief Prosecutor (Kajati) for the year 2026, held at the Bale Gede Pakuan Building, Bandung, on Tuesday (2/6/2026).

Sutikno officially assumed the position of West Java Chief Prosecutor on 29 April 2026, succeeding Hermon Dekristo, who was promoted to the position of Secretary of the Junior Attorney General for Military Crimes (Sesjampidmil).

In his address, Dedi Mulyadi, affectionately known as KDM, stated that the event was an effort to build rapport and align all elements of the government. “We must maintain inter-institutional synergy, as we did last year. This involves acceleration, support, and the early mitigation of any deviations,” KDM said on Tuesday.

He also extended a warm welcome to Sutikno as the new West Java Chief Prosecutor, expressing his hope for continued cooperation to enhance public services. Furthermore, KDM offered his best wishes for Hermon’s promotion, hoping his new role would lead to further success in serving the nation.

“I hope you can serve as a bridge for us in building harmonious relationships between the provincial government, regencies, and cities, as well as with the central government and the ranks of the TNI and Polri,” he added.

In response, Sutikno expressed his readiness to collaborate with the West Java Provincial Government, as well as various municipal and regency governments. He noted that the Prosecutor’s Office is prepared to provide legal opinions proactively regarding matters that could yield positive impacts for local governments.
