PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) has strengthened its business portfolio by securing a new contract in the healthcare infrastructure sector. WEGE has been officially entrusted to execute the Construction Services for the Polyclinic Building at the Temanggung Regency Regional General Hospital (RSUD) for the 2026 Fiscal Year, as part of a consortium with PT Ramadika Mandiri (WEGE-RDM KSO). This strategic partnership was marked by a contract signing ceremony on Wednesday, 15 July 2026, at RSUD Temanggung. The project, located on Jalan Dr. Soetomo No. 67, Temanggung Regency, Central Java, was secured with a contract value of Rp155.4 billion.

WEGE Operations Director, Tomo Dwi Hasputro, affirmed the company’s readiness and commitment to executing this public facility project. ‘The acquisition of this contract is a tangible manifestation of stakeholders’ trust in WEGE’s capability to deliver modern and high-quality healthcare facilities. We are fully committed to completing the construction of the RSUD Temanggung Polyclinic Building on time and to the required quality, while always prioritising occupational safety aspects and implementing a spirit of sustainability in every stage of the construction process,’ said Tomo during the contract signing ceremony.

Funding for the construction of this integrated polyclinic building comes from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) budget of RSUD Temanggung for the 2026 and 2027 fiscal years. The project development area is strategically located, with its land boundaries flanked by a river on the west side and the existing hospital complex buildings along with an irrigation channel on the east side. The readiness of this integrated land is believed to encourage efficiency and accelerate the construction process on site so that the facility can be utilised by the wider community as soon as possible.

In executing this project, the WEGE-RDM KSO consortium will bear full responsibility for the comprehensive construction from start to finish. Broadly speaking, the scope of work for this healthcare facility project is focused on three main aspects: structural works, architectural works, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. All construction stages will be carried out systematically and in an integrated manner to ensure building reliability, structural safety, and to support the optimisation of healthcare service operations at RSUD Temanggung in the future.
