Wednesday, Mobile Samsat services available at 14 locations across Jadetabek
Jakarta (ANTARA) – The Metro Jaya Regional Police provide a Mobile Samsat (Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap) service to help taxpayers pay motor vehicle tax (PKB) at 14 locations across Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jadetabek) on Wednesday.
According to information from the official Instagram account of TMC Polda Metro Jaya, the 14 Jadetabek locations are as follows:
Central Jakarta at the Samsat parking area and Lapangan Banteng, 08:00–14:00 WIB
North Jakarta at the Samsat parking area and Italy Mal Artha Kelapa Gading, 08:00–14:00 WIB
West Jakarta at Mal Citraland, 08:00–14:00 WIB
South Jakarta at the Samsat parking area (09:00–15:00 WIB) and Gudang Sarinah Cikoko Pancoran (09:00–14:00 WIB)
East Jakarta at the Samsat parking area and Pasar Induk Kramat Jati, 08:00–14:00 WIB
Tangerang City at Alun-Alun Cibodas and the park-and-ride Busway Foodmasphere, 09:00–13:00 WIB
Ciledug at Pasar Modern Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh and Metland Cyber City Cipondoh, 09:00–14:00 WIB
Serpong at the Samsat Serpong parking area (08:00–14:00 WIB) and ITC BSD (16:00–18:00 WIB)
Ciputat at the Samsat parking area and Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Betung, 09:00–12:00 WIB
Kelapa Dua at Hal Gtown Square Gading Serpong, 08:00–14:00 WIB
Bekasi City at Danau Duta Harapan, 09:00–12:00 WIB
Kabupaten Bekasi at Ruko Robson Lippo Cikarang (09:00–12:00 WIB) and the Samsat Office area (18:00–20:00 WIB)
Depok at the Samsat Depok parking area (08:00–14:00 WIB) and Kecamatan Tajurhalang (09:00–11:30 WIB)
Cinere at the Kantor Kelurahan Pondok Petir, 08:00–12:00 WIB
Prospective taxpayers are reminded to bring documents such as the original KTP, BPKB and STNK, with photocopies attached.
The Mobile Samsat counters only handle annual PKB payments; for extensions of STNK (five-yearly) and plate changes, customers must visit the nearest Samsat office.
In addition, it remains important to observe health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19, with taxpayers wearing masks, washing hands and keeping social distance.
