Wearing Head Coverings and Gloves, Prabowo Inspects SPPG in Palmerah

According to the Presidential Secretariat Bureau, on Tuesday (2/6/2026), Prabowo arrived at the location at 09:30 WIB, where he was welcomed by the Head of the National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, and the Head of SPPG Palmerah.

The visit began with an inspection of the greenhouse area, which serves as part of the supporting system for the provision of nutritious food ingredients. At the site, Prabowo received explanations regarding the management and utilisation of facilities designed to support the sustainable supply of food for nutrition fulfilment programmes.

From the greenhouse area, Prabowo continued his inspection to the hydroponic and biofloc facilities. Both facilities serve as examples of an integrated approach to supporting the need for healthy, high-quality, and sustainable food.

Subsequently, Prabowo inspected the main kitchen of the SPPG, which serves as the central production hub for nutritious meals. Before entering the kitchen area, Prabowo donned personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Inside the kitchen, Prabowo personally observed the food processing stages, ranging from raw material preparation and cooking to the packaging of food intended for distribution to beneficiaries.

The inspection was conducted to directly observe the implementation of the nutrition fulfilment programme across various stages. From the provision of food ingredients and processing to the distribution of nutritious meals, the entire process was monitored to ensure that services are running effectively and providing benefits to the community.
