Indonesian Hajj pilgrims from the second wave have arrived in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, since Thursday (11/6/2026). They are flocking to the Raudhah, a location inside the Nabawi Mosque situated at gate 39, marked by white pillars, located between the Prophet’s House (now the tomb of the Prophet Muhammad SAW) and the pulpit. The area, which measures 22 metres from east to west and 2 metres from north to south, is considered a place where prayers are readily answered. Pilgrims can pray with solemn devotion there, following the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, who during his lifetime named the place Raudhatul Jannah, or the Garden of Paradise. Muhammad Thoriq, Head of the Special Nabawi Sector, stated that up to 8,000 pilgrims enter the Raudhah daily. ‘At 4 p.m. there are several groups entering, approximately 1,045 pilgrims. Then at 5 p.m. there are also several groups that will enter. The total in a day can reach 8,000 people,’ Thoriq told Media Center Haji reporters on Thursday local time. As during the first wave, the Special Nabawi Sector is again facilitating Indonesian pilgrims through collective registration to enter the Raudhah, using a tasreh (entry permit). Each group is assisted by its group leader or worship guide to obtain the tasreh, a collective system controlled by the Special Nabawi Sector. In addition to using the tasreh, pilgrims can also register to enter the Raudhah independently using the Nusuk application on their mobile phones.
