Shanghai - Amid the global water management industry’s shift towards smarter, more environmentally friendly, and efficient systems, WATERTECH CHINA 2026 will return from 9–11 June 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Organised by Herui Group, the event will bring together industry players, technology providers, and end-users from various countries.

Entering its 18th edition, WATERTECH CHINA 2026 will span an area of 180,000 square metres, featuring more than 2,500 exhibitors and attracting over 100,000 professional visitors from 175 countries and regions. Covering 28 end-user industry sectors, the exhibition remains one of the most influential B2B platforms for exploring solutions, reading market trends, and forging global partnerships in the water management sector.

This year, two main forums take centre stage, designed to foster direct interactions while offering high-value business opportunities.

The Digital Water Innovation Summit will examine the role of technologies such as AI, digital twins, 5G, and IoT in accelerating the water management industry’s transformation, both in urban and industrial sectors. The forum emphasises practical implementations that enhance monitoring processes, operational efficiency, and infrastructure decision-making.

Meanwhile, the 9th Industrial Water Leaders Forum (IWLF), taking place on 9 June, will feature leading experts and companies discussing policy directions in industrial water management, market dynamics, and treatment solutions for high-water-consumption sectors. Supported by Global Water Intelligence (GWI) and Ecolab, the IWLF covers membrane technologies, advanced oxidation processes, low-carbon approaches, and water resource recovery strategies for industries such as petroleum and chemicals.

To expand global participation, WATERTECH CHINA 2026 has prepared more targeted programmes, from business matching and technical roadshows to B2B meetings. This allows exhibition visitors to more easily connect with exhibitors, solution providers, and project decision-makers. Support services such as visa processing and invitation letters are also available for international participants. Additionally, more than 20 thematic exhibition zones will be presented in the exhibition area—including the Digital Water Pavilion and Filtration & Separation Zone—which showcase the latest technological developments and capture current industry trends.

Pre-registration is now open via the official website. Water management industry practitioners seeking technological innovations, market insights, and global collaboration opportunities can register early to join one of Asia’s leading industry events.
