I'd like to inform the Drinking Water Company (PAM Jaya) in
Jakarta that Blok A, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, often has to
go without tap water, sometimes for four days in one month. We
don't usually have water from the tap before midnight, and the
quality of the water is poor.

We hope the New Year will bring the needed change, and that
the quality of the water will improve.
