JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk recorded operating revenue of Rp 8.82 trillion throughout 2025.

The company also booked a 12% increase in gross profit to Rp 1.58 trillion compared to the previous year’s Rp 1.41 trillion.

This achievement was announced at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year, held at the Waskita Karya Building in Jakarta on Friday (8/5/2026).

“Consistent financial recovery strategies have been implemented through the Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA). Since the restructuring took effect in 2024 until December 2025, Waskita Karya has successfully reduced the outstanding MRA debt from Rp 26.2 trillion to Rp 24.1 trillion,” said Ermy, quoted on Wednesday (13/5/2026).

Ermy explained that the restructuring was carried out both financially and operationally. The company continued its strategy to strengthen its financial structure through the signing of the MRA in 2024 by 21 banks.

Through these steps, Waskita managed to lower its financial burden from Rp 4.34 trillion to Rp 4.00 trillion. The company’s total debt also decreased by 20.16% from Rp 84 trillion in 2023 to Rp 67.1 trillion in 2025.

According to Ermy, since the restructuring was effectively implemented, all past-due tax obligations have been settled, so as of 2024, Waskita no longer has any past-due tax debts.

On the side of guaranteed bonds and sukuk, by December 2025, the company had paid coupons on two series of bonds and one sukuk worth Rp 707 billion.

Meanwhile, the restructuring of non-guaranteed bonds worth Rp 3.35 trillion has obtained restructuring approval through the Shareholders’ Meeting for Bonds (RUPO) for three out of a total of four series. The remaining one series is still in the restructuring approval process.

The company’s performance was also supported by an increase in the realisation of New Contract Value (NCV). In 2025, Waskita recorded NCV of Rp 12.52 trillion, up from the previous Rp 9.5 trillion.

At the 2025 AGMS, shareholders also decided there would be no changes to the composition of the board of directors and commissioners of the company.

“With this decision, we are optimistic about strengthening the company’s performance and competitiveness. A combination of digital strategies and global connectivity is expected to boost business performance and provide greater contributions to the national economy,” said Ermy.
