Waskita Karya Records New Contracts Worth Rp 12.52 Trillion Throughout 2025 Amid Ongoing Financial Recovery
PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk continues to undertake financial recovery efforts. These initiatives are reflected in the total consolidated revenue of Rp 8.85 trillion in 2025. This figure is supported by contributions from subsidiaries amounting to Rp 3.1 trillion, while the parent company’s revenue reached Rp 5.75 trillion. Corporate Secretary of Waskita Karya, Ermy Puspa Yunita, stated that the company’s revenue is bolstered by several ongoing projects. Based on business segmentation, Waskita Karya’s revenue comes from the connectivity segment at Rp 3.3 trillion, water resources (SDA) at Rp 1.4 trillion, buildings at Rp 1.2 trillion, and other segments at Rp 0.9 trillion. According to Ermy, most of this revenue is derived from government projects, which simultaneously strengthens Waskita Karya’s commitment to supporting government programmes. In addition to completing new projects as per contracts, the company is also finalising old projects that still require cash to completion, with a target completion in 2026. In 2025, Waskita Karya recorded a gross profit of Rp 1.58 trillion, an increase of around 12 per cent compared to Rp 1.41 trillion in 2024. The company also recorded a gross profit margin of 18 per cent in 2025, up from 13 per cent in 2024. “This increase in gross profit was achieved by Waskita through project operational efficiency strategies, both at the parent and subsidiaries,” said Ermy in a written statement received by Kompas.com on Thursday (2/4/2026). On the operational front, Waskita Karya has integrated the SAP S/4 HANA ERP system with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Last Planner System (LPS) planning. The company is also developing digital innovations, such as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology through the Waskita Intelligent Sensing System (Wisens). One of its innovations is AI Pavement Crack Detection, used to detect road damage to support the zero defect target in the construction process.
