JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) provides several complaint channels for the public wishing to report land issues, ranging from WhatsApp services and email to the national SP4N-LAPOR! platform.

This initiative aims to increase openness, accountability, and the quality of public services in the digital era.

“Public complaints represent a crucial form of public participation in overseeing service delivery, while also providing valuable input for the Ministry of ATR/BPN,” said Shamy, quoted from the Ministry of ATR/BPN website on Wednesday (29/4/2026).

“We are continuously striving to become a more responsive, transparent, and accountable institution,” he added.

According to Shamy, public complaints can serve as material for evaluation and consideration in improving policies, operational standards, and work practices within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

Currently, the Ministry of ATR/BPN offers four official complaint channels. These include the WhatsApp Complaint Hotline at 0811-1068-0000, the official complaint email at surat@atrbpn.go.id, a correspondence counter for written complaints along with supporting documents, and the national SP4N-LAPOR! platform.

Through these digital channels, the public can submit grievances, aspirations, or suspected violations more easily and quickly.

Each channel is also equipped with complaint procedures to ensure reports are handled appropriately and transparently.

For complaints via letter, the public is asked to write a complete and clear chronology of the problem and attach supporting documents.

Letters can be submitted directly to the Correspondence Counter on weekdays, Monday to Friday from 09.00 WIB to 14.00 WIB, or sent to the Ministry of ATR/BPN address at Jalan Sisingamangaraja Number 2, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

In addition to physical letters, complaints can also be sent via email. Uploaded documents must be in PDF format with a maximum size of 20 MB.

File naming should follow the letter number with slashes replaced by underscores, or use the sender’s name if there is no letter number.

The content of the email must also include the subject, letter number, date, and sender’s identity before being sent to the official complaint email address.

Meanwhile, those wishing to use SP4N-LAPOR! must log in using a registered account via the website or mobile application.

Users can then write the complaint with a clear chronology, including the time and location of the incident, and attach supporting evidence such as photos or documents.

After the report is submitted, the public can monitor the verification process and follow-up on the complaint through notifications on their respective accounts.
