VW Launches Mudik Readiness Programme for ID. Buzz

To welcome the Eid al-Fitr homecoming exodus in mid-March 2026, Volkswagen Indonesia has launched the Mudik Readiness Programme. The programme is a comprehensive initiative designed to provide readiness, comfort, and confidence for customers undertaking mudik trips with the Volkswagen ID. Buzz.

“Mudik is a meaningful journey for many Indonesian families. Through the Mudik Readiness Programme and the readiness of the Volkswagen ID. Buzz, we want to ensure customers feel calm from departure to arrival at home,” said an official spokesperson in a press release on Wednesday 4 March 2026.

“The service and technology support we are providing is designed to offer safety, comfort, and confidence throughout the journey.”

To ensure the journey starts with confidence, Volkswagen Indonesia is offering free vehicle inspections at 32 sites as part of the Mudik Readiness Programme.

Additionally, the German brand will operate Volkswagen Ready Workshops from 19–24 March 2026. The services include general service and emergency repair.

That support is reinforced by 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) via number 14023, so help can be accessed anytime during the journey.
